OUTDOOR ACCESS

Stepping away for a breath of fresh air is a breeze at 200 Park. Each floor has access to three outdoor terraces. The terraces are ample and work enabled, allowing for an alternative work environment or simply a moment of respite from the busy work day. This access to natural light and fresh air promotes both physical and mental well-being.

TOUCHLESS
CIRCULATION &
FIXTURES

At 200 Park we have incorporated measures to limit exposure to pathogens responsible for communicable diseases. The measures include touch free faucets in restrooms, sensor-controlled water closets and urinals, touch free soap dispensers in restrooms and automatic hand dryers. The restroom partitions are eight feet high to limit germ transmission. Additionally, we have automatic door operators in exterior doors.

FITNESS
CENTER

Sedentary lifestyle is linked to increased health risks. There is no better nor more convenient way to keep active and fit for the occupants of 200 Park, than to take advantage of the 24,300 SF of full service fitness and amenities center located on the 5th floor. The fitness center, as well as the building’s adjacency to miles of trails and parks, provides ample opportunity for one to nurture their health and well-being.

UPGRADED AIR
FILTRATION &
CIRCULATION

As we spend 90% of our time indoors, good indoor air quality plays a significant role in occupant productivity and well-being. To limit exposure to pathogens responsible for communicable diseases, 200 Park’s base building HVAC systems are designed to allow future installation of bi-polar ionization to deactivate airborne viruses and bacteria. In addition, the main air filtration system for the buildings uses the highly effective MERV15, a filter that efficiently traps airborne particles.
